Coaching Enrollment Terms

AnthonyPrice.com coaching program. In these terms, “Coaching Provider” refers to the provider of the AnthonyPrice.com coaching program.

Program: The three-month coaching program includes weekly sessions of approximately one hour, beginning on the start date in your approved enrollment invitation. Your recurring weekly time is confirmed before payment in Central Time and your local time zone. Sessions start Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. America/Chicago, including a 3 p.m. start. Longer sessions must be mutually agreed; evening starts are not included.

Payment: Your program price, total amount, payment amount, number of payments and billing frequency are the option clearly displayed and selected at checkout for this purchase. If you choose installments, they pay the fixed total program fee rather than a month-to-month subscription. The first payment is charged at checkout, and any remaining payments follow the displayed schedule from the purchase date, not the first coaching session. Later price changes do not change the price or schedule recorded for your completed purchase.

Withdrawal and nonattendance: If you choose to withdraw from the program or stop attending, no voluntary refund will be provided. Any remaining installments stay due on their original schedule for your purchase. Withdrawal or nonattendance does not accelerate them or automatically cancel them.

Rescheduling: Session rescheduling is by mutual agreement. A missed session does not, by itself, automatically forfeit that session.

Provider non-delivery or agreed early ending: If the Coaching Provider cannot deliver the program, or you and the Coaching Provider mutually agree to end it early, the remaining services and payments must be settled in writing before the Coaching Provider collects any further installments. The withdrawal and nonattendance rule above does not govern those situations.

Rights preserved: Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Before you pay: Apply and receive your coaching approval invitation first. If you have not received one, or the approved schedule is incorrect, contact [email protected] before paying.

Scope: Coaching is educational and informational. It is not a substitute for legal, financial or accounting advice, and no particular earnings or investment outcome is guaranteed. Your actual property/operating markets, intended activities and licensing status are reviewed during application; that review is not legal clearance for a transaction or activity.
