Who it’s for
For owners and hiring managers ready to train
Real estate business owners and hiring managers preparing to hire or train a Lead Processor or Acquisitions VA, or develop a Team Leader.
It is most useful when you can explain the work, set approval limits and make time to train. A Team Leader is usually a later hire or promotion, not a required first hire.
You provide
- Your leads, approved seller scripts and software
- Pay terms and the time to train
- Your own applicants. The kit does not supply applicants or hire anyone for you.
How it helps
Start with the job you actually need filled
You do not have to build a job description from scratch or complete every worksheet before you begin.
Post
A ready-written ad for each role
Replace the bracketed business details, then copy and paste the ad you need.
Evaluate
Interview questions and practical assignments
See how applicants handle the work with fictional exercises for each role and a private answer and scoring guide for you.
Train

After you choose someone, use the plan and daily operating checklists to organize training, feedback and follow-up.
Track

Questions
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to use every file?
- No. Start with one role and the matching ad. Use the exercises and training pages you need. The setup checklist and tracker are optional.
- Can I edit the materials?
- The Word documents are editable. Replace the bracketed fields before posting or sharing a template. The PDFs are reading and printing copies. Keep the hiring-manager answer guide and individual applicant notes private.
- Does this include a VA or a training course?
- No. You recruit and select your own applicants and provide company-specific training. The kit supplies ads, interview and assessment tools, and practical onboarding materials. It does not include videos or live support sessions.
- Can I use it to promote someone to Team Leader?
- Yes. The Team Leader materials can support an internal promotion as well as an outside hire. Leadership is the main role; do not assume it also includes every acquisitions duty.
- Do I need a new system?
- No. Use your existing hiring records if they work. The optional workbook is provided in Excel format; check that it works in your preferred app before relying on it. There is no separate Google Sheets edition.
- Does it include the Deal Analyzer?
- No. The VA kit does not include the Real Estate Deal Analyzer.
- How may I use these files?
- You may use and customize these files within your own business and team. You may share individual job ads and candidate exercises for your own hiring. You may not resell or distribute the kit itself or its blank templates. Existing third-party restrictions still apply.
